LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION Re: Compote LLC (Shana Lane-Block & Gila Lane) Block’s 2032 SE Clinton Street Portland, OR 97202

The OLCC received an application for a Full On-Premises Commercial license at the above address.

The license allows a licensee to sell wine containing not more than 21% alcohol by volume, malt beverages containing not more than 14% alcohol by volume, cider containing not more than 10% alcohol by volume and distilled spirits by the drink to patrons on the premises.

The license allows any form of legal entertainment. The legal hours to sell alcohol in the state of Oregon are 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. daily. The premises is currently licensed with a Limited On-Premises Sales license (beer and wine).

The applicant’s proposed hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is exterior seating with the same proposed hours. There is indoor seating for approximately 34 and outdoor seating for approximately 30.

Recorded music is the only form of entertainment proposed. The applicant will have food available all hours as required by Oregon’s Liquor Laws.
