Weatherization assistance
- The Multnomah County Office of School & Community Partnerships provides weatherization assistance for households which meet certain income requirements. - The Community Energy Project (503.284.6827) provides weatherization assistance to Portland families which participate in a free workshop and meet the income guidelines (50% Median Family Income for Portland) and in-home weatherization to community members who are 55 years or older or have a disability.
