West Clinton Parking Permit Zone - Michelle Sprague
Working on permit parking zone around SE Clinton/Ivon around 13th/14th
Mason Supply Company has not confirmed whether they want their block to be in zone; caught between Zone G and residential parking zone
Not ready to ask for letter from HAND to request zone investigation

Central Eastside Industrial District Parking Plan
Zone N and Zone G areas within CEID will be phased out, no new permits
Instead area will be metered/time limited

Sent letter about Transportation Systems Plan update
Sue has proposed amendment to letter, putting issues along Hawthorne and west of 12th to section for areas of possible study to respect CEIC
Jessica counter-proposes to create separate category for issues affecting business districts, not putting everything under “areas for possible study” category. 
Motion to accept TSP letter, and make revision to indicate items that concern CEIC; CE moves; JS seconds; all in favor except MS opposed; motion passes

Comprehensive Plan Update
Report on testimony by HAND board members:
Jessica Engelman, Linda Nettekoven

Further council work sessions for Comp Plan later in January, February where city councillors will propose amendments

Update re: Right 2 Dream Too
Street vacation of SE Harrison went to BPS planning commission; board voted against it 4-5
In parallel Amanda Fritz’s office is working on good neighbor agreement
Community meeting to discuss GNA January 30, 10:00 am to noon, location TBA
Smaller GNA committee will meet after that

Letter re: Homeless Camps
Consensus - in light of letter already written, good neighbor agreement process, no need to write a letter now
Table this topic until action is required
