Last week, several stakeholders from our neighborhood along with local business leaders, police and representatives from the city’s Office of Neighborhood Involvement, met to discuss what many seem to believe is an uptick in transient activity within our neighborhood.

At HAND’s neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, April 20th, several at-large neighbors also attended to voice their concerns about livability, safety and the proper way to deal with someone who is tresspassing on their property or a neighbor’s.
