Every third Tuesday of the month HAND meets to talk about issues going on in our neighborhood.
Join us for our annual General Meeting & Board Election, from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18th at St. Philip Neri Church (SE 16th & Division) in the St. Paul classroom at the Paulist Center.
At this year’s general meeting State Representative Jules Bailey will join us to talk about his involvement in the 2010 State Legislature Special Session. This is a great opportunity to have an informal conversation with your neighbors and one of your local lawmakers!
A scheduling conflict has changed our featured guest at this month’s meeting. We hope to have an updated agenda with several important neighborhood topics out within the next few days.
We will also hold our board election May 18th. This year, there are 10 positions open for re-election and 3 positions vacant. Board Members serve a two-year term and have the opportunity to vote on and affect change in our neighborhood.
