The following information was sent out by our neighborhood’s crime prevention coordinator to local business associations. It’s a good reminder for everyone to be aware of their surroundings.
The recent “hot spot” on the east side of the river for commercial burglaries is in inner-Southeast and does include a portion of lower DCBA (Division/Clinton Business Association). It’s very important for all business owners to be aware of any suspicious activity around your business as well as your neighbors and to contact non-emergency right away if you see something that just doesn’t look right.
