There is a new Land Use Application from Trimet regarding the new Willamette River Transit Bridge on the Bureau of Development Services web page under the Southeast Uplift Neighborhood heading.

The application relates to greenway impacts due to the new bridge and a mitigation site proposed at the east end of the St. Johns Bridge.
