Please join us anytime at either open house to learn more about the City’s Transportation System Development Charge (TSDC) Overlay District Project and how funds raised would provide transportation benefits in your local area. The proposed TSDC Overlay District would help pay part of the City’s share of the Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Project and potentially fund other projects. In addition to informational displays and handouts, you will have an opportunity to talk with the project team and comment on proposed TSDC boundaries, rates and projects.
